No Warranty on Hobby-Grade RC Cars
All RC cars sold by HRC Club are hobby-grade performance machines, not consumer toys.
Because their use depends on driving skill, tuning, fuel, batteries, and handling conditions, no warranty or guarantee is provided after delivery.
No Returns or Refunds After Opening or Use
Once the product is opened, unboxed, assembled, fueled, tested, or used, it cannot be returned, replaced, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
No refund will be issued under any condition once the product is opened or used.
Damage During Use Not Covered
Any damage caused by:
- crashes or impacts
- wrong fuel/oil mixture
- electrical or battery misuse
- water/dust exposure
- wear and tear on gears, tyres, clutch, servos
- modifications or tuning
is considered user-related damage and is not covered.
Liability
HRC Club is not responsible for:
- injuries or property damage caused during use
- performance issues arising from setup, tuning, or user handling
Our responsibility ends once the product is delivered in inspected and approved condition.
